New to Canada or know someone who is? Your local library can help!

Visit your library to sign up for a library card. With a library card, you are able to:

  • Check out books, music, movies, magazines, passes to recreation facilities, and other items.
  • Access our collection of digital resources, including eBooks, eAudiobooks, and digital magazines.
  • Take classes and learn a new language online.

If you do not have a library card, you are still able to:

  • Read books and use resources inside your local library.
  • Use library computers and wireless internet.
  • Attend programs and events at the library.
