for a part-time, temporary (Maternity Leave),
Reporting to the Library Manager, the Library Assistant 3 will perform circulation and front desk tasks as well as secretarial and promotional deskwork.
Successful candidates must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, have exceptional computer skills including creative capacity and experience with Microsoft Publisher and various Social Media networks, be physically able to stand and walk for long periods, and lift or push moderately heavy items.
Approximately 18-20 hours per week. Afternoons and weekends, occasional evening work required.

Brooks Public Library is now accepting resumes from students for our SUMMER READING PROGRAM positions.
Responsibilities will include supervision of children and planning and implementing of annual summer activities and our Summer Reading Program.
These positions are funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Grant and S.T.E.P - applicants must be returning to school in the fall to qualify.
